Exiting the building at the main entrance, through the glass door on the right (accessible with the badge), you can reach the park via the garden. 
The keay provides access; however, the passage to the beach is closed at night.
Please note that the key costs EUR 130 and will be charged in case of loss.

The apartment is equipped with a security door with locking bolts. To open it, turn the key three times counterclockwise and finally to the 3 o’clock position.
The key can only be inserted or removed in the 12 o’clock position.

​This badge provides access to the building, the garden, and the pedestrian gate at the fence.

The remote control provides the same access as the badge, but it also opens the gate to allow vehicle entry.
